Blitzed in Black is my music project where, in an attempt to get better at song writing, and develop a proper personal style, I will be writing and recording original songs as often as I can. Also, because I have no common sense, I will be playing all the instruments myself. I've dabbled in multiple different instruments over the years, but haven't actually put consistent effort in any over a decent period of time, with the exception of the violin. But even with that I've only been playing the last handful of years.

I will also try to keep everything as analog as possible, even with synths. This isn't a non-negotiable rule, however. I can see myself incorporating electronic elements when I think they would fit.

It will be shitty. It will be out of tune, out of time, have terrible lyrics, and have a vocalist who has no business singing. But hopefully it's fun, and that it gets better over time.

Human is the point. No beat matching, no autotune, no AI.
